Summary Work has begun on new hajj policy, Sardar Yousaf said.

ABBOTTABAD (Daily Dunya) - Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousuf on Sunday, while addressing on eve of parents day in a school, said that Quran teaching will be made compulsory in all schools.

While talking to journalists in Abbottabad, he said that it is court’s discretion to announce verdict in Panama leaks case as sit-ins went in vain.

He questioned that if jurisdiction to de-seat PM lies with Imran Khan then what apex court has to do.

He said that federal cabinet had approved Hajj and Umrah Operation Act and Saudi government had withdrawn hajj tax worth 2,000 Riyal.

All projects that KPK CM is taking credit of were already part of CPEC, said federal minister.

He informed that work has begun on new hajj policy.

All provincial ministers have consented on uniform prayer timings system and new calendar will be crafted in accordance with prayer timing of different cities, quoted federal minister.
