FEROZEWALA (Dunya News) - A nine-year-old boy named Mubashar was killed after falling into an open manhole in Rehmanpura area of Ferozewala on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
The residents of the area rescued the boy from the manhole on self-help basis and shifted him to a nearby hospital where doctors confirmed his death.
Open manholes in the area are posing a threat to the lives of the residents, but the authorities concerned have turned a deaf ear towards the issue.
