Summary Youth Wing protested by locking down the provincial secretariat, burned tyres to record protest

PESHAWAR: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Youth Wing on Saturday protested by locking down the party’s provincial secretariat and burning tyres on the roads, reported Dunya News.

Youth wing of the party claiming to have changed Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) protested against the policies of their own provincial government. They locked down the main entrance of the party’s provincial secretariat and raised slogans against the provincial leadership, ministers and MPAs.

The workers said that PTI Youth Wing was not taken into confidence on any of the matters including the formation of the youth policy. They said that the promises made to them were also not fulfilled.

The party that had been protesting against the federal government, and staging sit-ins outside PM House in Islamabad, is now faced with protests by its own workers. The officials said that the protest will continue unless their demands are met.
