Summary Political parties should not support the criminal elements, says Minister for Information

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Maryam Aurangzeb has said that the government has no role in the recent raids in Karachi.

Minist for Information revealed this in an exclusive talk with Dunya News by revealing that the raids and arrests in Karachi are part of a routine work and that the operation in Karachi has started since 2013.

She let it be known that the raids in Karachi has nothing to do with the government as the decision as to arrests, raids and operations are made by the apex committee and whose chairman is the chief minister.

Maryam Aurangzeb suggested that the political parties should not support the criminal elements and that the peace within Karachi was established owing to the operation.
