Summary Federal Railways Minister branded the ruckus by PTI's members as hooliganism

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – National Assembly (NA) session on Wednesday turned out to be rowdy one as opposition members protested before Speaker Ayaz Sadiq after he permitted Khawaja Saad Rafique, Federal Railways Minister to respond to Khurshid Shah, Leader of the Opposition.

After Khurshid Shah’s speech, members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) sought Ayaz Sadiq’s permission to address the House however, the request was turned down in favour of Khawaja Saad Rafique which prompted the opposition to raise slogans and create ruckus in the assembly.

Federal Railways Minister branded the ruckus by PTI’s members as hooliganism and addressed the parliament anyway.

Speaker of the assembly adjourned the session for 15 minutes however, he postponed it until 04:00pm on Thursday as the situation did not return to normalcy in the given time.
