Within just two hearings, the lawyers concluded their evidences over petition of the land mafia.
The samsters filed a petition in court to stop the witnesses from sharing their testimonies in 200 kanal case of Mian Aftab.
According to details, Chaudhry Arhad and Mian Habib were of the opinion that the court’s verdict already exists against Aftab Ahmad and that is why, there is no need for any kind of testimony.
On the other hand, the lawyer of Aftab Ahmad disclosed that the testimonies of land record officer and other relevant persons are important against the fake verdict of the court. He let it be known that without the testimonies of the relevant persons, the verdict cannot be declared.
The court upon hearing the arguments rejected the petition of land mafia group and demanded the list of witnesses from Aftab Ahmad.
After the rejection of petition, there are hopes that the main verdict related to the case would soon come.
