Summary Large number gathers for burial of Captain Saleh Janjua who was pilot of flight PK-661 crash
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Namaz-e-Janaza of Captain Saleh Janjua, pilot of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK-661 crash, was offered on Monday at Race Course Park in Rawalpindi, reported Dunya News.
A large number of people including the deceased’s family, friends and relatives attended the funeral. Tears freely flowing from numerous eyes and gloomy faces painted a sad image.
The body was brought to the burial place using an ambulance. The attendees of funeral included the leader of the House in Senate Raja Zafar-ul-Haq and executive officers of PIA.
Captain Saleh Janjua’s friends said that they lost their dear brother in the tragic PIA crash. After the funeral prayer, the burial took place in Race Course Graveyard.
