Summary Justice Shaukat Siddique asked why the vehicle was not returned
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered on Friday to present government vehicle being used by former chief justice of Pakistan (CJP), Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on December 8.
Justice Shaukat Siddique asked why the vehicle was not returned once the order was annulled.
However, the judge barred counsels of both the sides from presenting further arguments. The hearing was adjourned until December 8.
The ex-CJP has been provided with a bullet-proof government vehicle even after his retirement which several lawmakers took objection to.
