KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Chinese engineers who have been working on the installation of a grand lantern have finally completed the process.
It is worth-mentioning that the lavish lantern has been gifted from the Chinese government that costs a whopping amount of Rs. 22 crore.
The Chinese engineers installed each and every part of the lantern after laborious work.
It is not the first time that the Chinese government has gifted an expensive lantern for Mazar-e-Quaid as the same nature of gifted was bestowed in the past as well.
It has been confirmed that at least eight kilogram of gold has been used in the lantern and its length is 80 feet approx.
The installation process of the sumptuous lantern is complete; however the technical feasibility still remains to be done.
Mazar-e-Quaid will again be opened for the general public on Dec 10.
