Summary Police apprehended four accused during operations in different parts of Karachi on Tuesday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Crackdown against criminal elements under National Action Plan (NAP) continues in Karachi as four accused were taken into custody during police operations in different parts of the city on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, police conducted an operation in Boat Basin area and arrested two accused involved in street crimes. Police sources said that arms, stolen motorcycle and mobile phones were recovered from arrested persons.
Police also conducted an operation at the Super Highway and arrested two accused. Police sources said that at least 144 bottles of liquor were recovered from the arrested accused. The arrested persons were shifted to police station for further investigation.
On the other hand, a spokesman of the Ahle Sunnat Wal Jama at said that Rangers conducted a raid near Nagan Chowrangi and apprehended a leader of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jama at named Saheeb Nadeem. The Rangers personnel shifted Saheeb Nadeem to some undisclosed location for further investigation.
