Summary Pakistan Army's 100 soldiers, 4 medical teams, 45 ambulances reached Shah Noorani shrine for rescue
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Raheel Sharif directed Pakistan Army team to do the rescue work at the Shah Noorani shrine, reported Dunya News.
52 people died and more than 100 were injured in blast on Saturday, after which 100 soldiers, 4 medical teams and 45 ambulances of Pakistan Army reached the shrine to rescue the injured.
Pakistan Navy soldiers also reached the spot and Navy s ambulances, doctors and rescue teams also helped the injured. Pakistan Navy hospitals in Karachi were put on high alert as well.
