Summary References already filed against Anwar Khan Kasi and Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court Bar Association (IHCBA) has demanded the resignation of Chief Justice Islamabad High Court (IHC), reported Dunya News.
The bar association expressed that Chief Justice Anwar Kasi carried out the repair and maintenance of his home with High Court’s expenses.
In addition, references have also been filed against Anwar Khan Kasi and Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui in Supreme Judicial Commission.
IHCBA also demanded that on the basis of Supreme Court decision on September 26, 2016, Chief Justice Anwar khan Kasi should resign while following the footsteps of Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rahaman.
Justice Shaukat Siddiqui expressed that no wrong traditions should be laid down by terming it as a conspiracy against IHC.
