Summary Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Syed Ali Gilani have been put under house arrest

SRINAGAR (Dunya News) – Leader of All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC), Yasin Malik has again been detained on Thursday after he was released around a week ago following a period of over two months in detention.

Malik was shifted to jail from his residence on orders of a puppet government in Occupied Kashmir valley.

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Syed Ali Gilani have been put under house arrest ahead of protest march of Kashmiris on Friday after offering prayers.

Earlier, when Malik was detained, his wife pleaded to the international powers to intervene as his life was in danger. Malik was not treated after his health deteriorated in incarceration.

Wife of the APHC leader, Mishal Malik wrote to the Secretary-General of United Nations (UN), Ban ki-moon and Russian President, Vladimir Putin.
