LAHORE (Dunya News) – Young Doctors Association (YDA) has protested on Mall Road on Tuesday seeking reinstatement of doctors and nurses who allegedly assaulted a patient and his family.
Doctors belonging to Mayo Hospital burnt tyres and blocked roads causing severe traffic jam and pressure across Mall Road.
A protest walk was led by the medics from Mayo Hospital that ended at Club Chowk on Mall Road where a sit-in was stage. Traffic on different roads was affected including Hall Road, Charing Cross and Davis Road among adjoining streets.
