KARACHI (Dunya News) – A First Information Report (FIR) against activists of a religious party was registered in Karachi on Sunday on behalf of government at the Soldier Bazar Police Station for taking out rallies against recent arrests in the city, Dunya News reported.
At least 10 people were nominated in the FIR while at least 150 unknown persons were also included in it. Police sources said that provisions related to creating trouble for the citizens and raising slogans against the government were also included in the FIR.
It is interesting to note that SP Jamshaid Town was unaware of the registration of the FIR.
