ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Wednesday telephoned Awami Muslim League (AML) chairman Sheikh Rasheed and invited him to join Youm-e-Tashakkur (thanksgiving) rally in Islamabad.
Sources told that both leaders have decided to celebrate the stance of Supreme Court regarding Panama Leaks issue at Parade Ground at 2pm.
Imran Khan has said that he will welcome Sheikh Rasheed along with Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Pervez Khattak at the rally venue.
On the other hand, a stage has been set up and more than 20,000 chairs have been placed for public gathering at the Parade Ground. Khan has claimed that one million supporters will attend the rally.
