Summary Supreme Court has ordered authorities to file past ten years' record
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday has ordered immediate action against key officers in National Accountability Bureau (NAB) over voluntary return of confiscated funds under an objectionable law.
The Supreme Court conducted a hearing of suo moto action which was taken earlier in the issue.
The top court gave out the detailed order in the case after Chairman of NAB was barred in the last hearing from voluntarily returning confiscated funds.

The court has found Section 25-A of the NAB law, in its order, to be synonymous to handing ‘clean chits’ to corrupt elements.
Supreme Court has ordered authorities to file past ten years’ record of voluntary return of funds on November 5.
