Summary Customers would be subjected to seven-hour long gas outages in the season
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Gas management plan has been chalked out after approval of outages by Petroleum Ministry during upcoming winter for domestic customers.
The development is being purported as the first ever incident in Punjab when domestic users would be subjected to gas outages during winter. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Federal Minister for Petroleum said the outages have been initiated in majority of the districts from 10:00pm to 05:00am.
According to the details, customers would be subjected to seven-hour long gas outages in the season.
The federal minister added that the government was struggling to meet gas need of the province after 18th Amendment.
