ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A Spanish diplomat was found dead at his residence in F-7 II area of Islamabad on Thursday morning.
Preliminary findings suggested that the diplomat identified as John Jenner had committed suicide as a pistol was recovered near his body.
Officials said the Spanish diplomat had been working as Consular Attache in Islamabad for the last 34 years.
He had married twice but was divorced. He was also receiving medical treatment at a private hospital.
Police have shifted his body to PIMS Hospital. Further investigation is underway.
