FAISALABAD (Dunya News) -Atleast six suspects were held during combing operation in various areas of Faisalabad on Monday.
Special teams of Pakistan Army conducted the operation on intelligence information in Saleemi Chowk, Satiana Road, Ameen Pur market, Chiniot market and Khareanwala area.
Weapons and other offensive material were recovered from the possession of the suspects.
It is being assumed that the suspects were allegedly planning a major attack.
All the held suspects have been shifted to undisclosed location for interrogation.
Atleast 168 combing operations have been done till date during which more than 200 suspects have been taken into custody.
Recently six terrorists were nabbed in Faisalabad on Thursday.
Combing operation have not only broken the back of terrorists but also helped in restoring peace in country.
