ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Capital Development Authority has reissued instructions to ensure protective measures in skyscrapers, reported Monday.
Emergency and Disaster Management cell of the CDA has issued the directives.
A recall notice has been issued to One-window Directorate stating that no step has been taken in three years since the first notice issued in 2013.
The cell has stressed need to ensure protection of commercial, residential and other buildings. Meanwhile, the authority has made issuance of non-objection certificate from the disaster management cell mandatory before transference of any real estate property.
One-window Director and mayor have been notified of issuance of the notice today.
