ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A delegation of seven angry members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Saturday met with party chairman Imran Khan at Bani Gala and informed him about their reservations and complains, reported Dunya News.
The party members forwarded their complaints regarding the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government’s leadership as Imran Khan assured of clearing their reservations.
While addressing a press conference after the meeting with Imran Khan concluded, party members Dawar Kundi and Yaseen Khalil stated that they did not have any personal agenda, adding that they only intended to get rid of the status quo in the party.
PTI spokesperson Naeemul Haque stated that there were no rebel groups within the party and stated that Imran Khan has summoned an important meeting of the party on Monday as the party’s strategy regarding taking the Panama Papers issue against Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif to the court.
