Summary Late Khoso was elected as the Member of Sindh Assembly in General Elections 2013

JACOBABAD (Dunya News) – Polling for by-election in provincial assembly constituency PS-14 is underway after the seat was vacant following demise of Sardar Muqeem Khan Khoso, reported Saturday.

Late Khoso was elected as the Member of Sindh Assembly in General Elections 2013 on Pakistan People s Party s ticket.

Polling began at 8:00am under tight security.



People’s Party’s candidate, Aurangzeb Khan Pehnoor, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Raja Khan Jakhrani and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s Aslam Abro and Dr A G Ansari from Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl’s are contesting for the Sindh Assembly seat.

Reportedly, no furniture has been provided by the Election Commission in different polling stations.



Total number of voters in the constituency is 1,45,756 including 77,610 men and 68,347 women voters.
