ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq was outraged on Thursday as ministers didn’t show up for the session as usual, Dunya News reported.
The NA Speaker ordered Director General (DG) Foreign Ministry and an officer of Ministry of Education out of the House and said at least secretary level participants should stay and the rest leave.
According to details, the absence of ministers from NA session tested the Speaker’s patience again. He ordered participants of less than secretary level rank to leave the session.
Ayaz Sadiq told DG Foreign Ministry to go and get Foreign Secretary and Special Secretary. He ordered to also fetch Secretary Education and should stay until the end of the session.
Summoning the Foreign Secretary and Secretary of Commerce into his chambers, the Speaker said action will be taken over absence of secretaries of both ministries.
