Summary Mohammad Waheed was transferred to Jinnah Hospital from Central Jail on July 21
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A prisoner who was undergoing treatment at Jinnah Hospital and had affiliations with a political party died on Sunday, reported Dunya News.
The hospital s Accidents and Emergency Department In-charge Dr Seemi Jamali stated that Mohammad Waheed was transferred to Jinnah Hospital from Central Jail on July 21. The prisoner was shifted to the hospital as he was suffering from diabetes and had infection in his blood.
Dr Jamali said that Waheed died because of cardiac arrest and further added that other reasons behind his death were also being considered.
