Summary Certain elements trying to put hold on process of development: Shehbaz Sharif
LAHORE (Dunya News) – While responding to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s bashing of the government, Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif stated that the public were not fooled by container politics before and shall not be pulled away this time as well, reported Dunya News.
Punjab CM said that certain political elements have risen from their hideouts once again, adding that the people are aware-enough not to become victim to their version of politics. He added that those certain political elements had no concern regarding the betterment of the public and were striving to once again put a hold on the speedy process of development.
Federal Minister for Information Pervaiz Rasheed said that the allegations leveled by Imran Khan were nothing but lies, adding that the public have rejected them. He further stated that the mission of public service shall continue despite of all the chaos-based politics being practiced.
Pervaiz Rasheed said that Imran Khan should formulate laws regarding accountability in the parliament.
