Summary Police realised their mistake after they raided Sher Khan's house
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Moro Police are revealed to have registered a First Information Report against a 14-month-old infant after investigations in a motorcycle-snatching case were ignored, reported Monday.
Police in Moro area lodged a case against a motorbike-snatching incident and declared a local name Sher Khan’s infant key criminal.
However, the blunder was realised by the locals after police came to Khan’s house to arrest the ‘key culprit’ and found him to an infant.
Police then resorted to age-old tactics and threatened the family of dire consequences if they were lying.
Father of the 14-month-old newborn said that police did not realize their duties to the fullest and did not bother to investigate before raiding his house.
