Case filed over terror attack on Rangers' vehicle in Larkana

Summary Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah arrived at Sukkur Hospital to meet the victims.

LARKANA (Dunya News) – Case of attack on Rangers’ vehicle in Larkana that killed one officer and injured 13 people has been lodged, reported on Sunday.

According to details, Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah arrived at Sukkur Hospital to meet the victims where he strongly condemned the attack and directed to launch action against the culprits.

The explosion took place near paramilitary Rangers’ vehicle near Miro Khan Chowk on Saturday. A heavy contingent of police and Rangers personnel immediately arrived at the scene and cordoned off the blast site.

According to preliminary investigation, a time-device was planted in a cycle partked on the roadside.

The incident took place four days after two gunmen opened fire on army’s pick-up truck in Saddar area in the southern city of Karachi, claiming lives of Lance Naik Abdul Razzaq and Sepoy Khadim Hussain.
