LAHORE (Dunya News) – Heavy downpours lashed several cities of Punjab including Lahore, Kasur, Sargodha and Islamabad while various feeders were also tripped due to the rains, reported on Monday.
According to details, the weather has turned pleasant after rainfall recorded in Lahore, Sargodha, Kasur, Sahiwal, Multan, D.G.Khan and Islamabad.
On the other hand, different localities in Karachi have also received light rains.
Residents of Quetta city also came out of their houses to enjoy the rainy weather whereas the locals said that no proper sewerage system is badly creating difficulties for them.
Meanwhile, several feeders have also tripped due to continuous rain shower in the country.
Met office said that rain-thunderstorm with isolated heavy falls is expected at scattered places in next 24 hours in Kashmir, Islamabad, upper Punjab (Sargodha, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Lahore divisions), KP (Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Bannu, D.I.Khan divisions), FATA and Gilgit-Baltistan while at a few places in south Punjab (Sahiwal, Multan, D.G.Khan, Bahawalpur divisions), northeast Balochistan (Zhob, Sibbi, Naseerabad divisions).
