Summary International community's silence over atrocities in Kashmir is shameful, says Geelani
SRINAGAR (Web Desk) – Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Geelani stated on Tuesday that Pakistani embassies around the world should highlight Indian atrocities being committed in occupied Kashmir, reported Dunya News.
While conversing with Dunya News via telephone, Geelani stated that the international community’s silence over the India’s state-terrorism was shameful, further adding that he never had high hopes from the United States or her puppets.
The Hurriyet leader said that every Kashmiri youngster had idealised Burhan Wani as an ideal for his or her struggle. “Keeping Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s expectations from the Modi government aside,” he said “India is a stubborn country and will not accept logic”.
He stated that the Pakistani government should not beg before Indian PM Narendra Modi’s government. He stated that Kashmiris will not be at peace until Indian control over the occupied valley gets put to an end.
