Summary Party workers expressed concerns and reservations regarding Rabita Committee
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Rabita Committee’s Senior Deputy Convener Amir Khan on Monday has been removed from his post after multiple complaints were lodged against him by party members while six other senior members have been included in the committee, reported Dunya News.
A joint meeting was held between Rabita Committee, Central Executive Committee, town authorities and other organisational sectors at MQM Secretariat. Party workers expressed concerns and reservations regarding Rabita Committee.
Taking the very complaints into consideration, party leadership and the committee, in a joint decision dismissed Amir Khan from his post. Amir had been living in Dubai.
Six senior party members including Muhammad Akram Rajput, Shahid Ali, Muhammad Ashraf Noor, Faiz Muhammad, Zakir Qureshi and Rukn-udin have been added in the committee.
