Summary Son says kidney transplant was not feasible due to age factor, requests nation to pray for him
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Revered social worker, and founder of Edhi Foundation, Abdul Sattar Edhi is in critical condition and he has been shifted to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT). Family has requested the nation to pray for him, reported Dunya News.
According to details, Abdul Sattar Edhi is currently admitted at SIUT and has been shifted to ventilator. His son Faisal Edhi and wife Bilqees Edhi held a press conference on Friday and told that kidney transplant wasn’t possible due to the age factor.
“Edhi sahib is 92 years of age now and the doctors have told us that kidney transplant would not be feasible at this age. We request the nation to pray for him”, said Faisal.
