KARACHI (Dunya News) – Price hike of food items has reached at peak in Karachi as rates have increased ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr, reported on Tuesday.
Tomatoes in the market are being sold at Rs200 kg while the price of lemon has reached to an unaffordable price.
The locals have also irked by the price of green chilies who has been reported as R240.
On the other hand, rate of groceries have also hiked up in the market.
According to the details, the vendors are justifying that the increase in prices are at the whole sale level.
