Summary Disruption for taking an active part in social welfare could spread chaos in society: Sattar
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) senior convener Farooq Sattar on Sunday said that Khidmat e Khalq Foundation has been restrained from conducting welfare activities while no restriction has been imposed on banned outfits which were busy collecting Zakat and Fitrana, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media during iftar-dinner hosted by a welfare organisation, Farooq Sattar said that MQM’s welfare organisation was prohibited from collecting Zakat and Fitrana while banned outfits could be seen collecting Zakat outside mosques in Karachi.
Disruption for taking an active part in social welfare could spread chaos in society, Sattar added.
