LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Saturday again lambasted Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and stated that the PM had yet not revealed his assets whereas United Kingdom (UK) PM David Cameron was able to settle the conflict in his country in one day, reported Dunya News.
While addressing in the party worker’s Iftar dinner, Khan said that the rule of law cannot be established in the country until the Prime Minister and his family are not held accountable against corruption. He stated that he will hit the streets against the corrupt system after Eid.
Khan said that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) should be shut down, adding that the institution is of no use to the country. PTI Chairman said that NAB curbed public servants and patwaris but took no action against the PM who has been named in 13 cases.
Other party leaders including Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Dr Yasmin Rashid also addressed the Iftar party.
