Summary Arrested terrorists had planned to target a shrine in Uch Sharif
BAHAWALPUR (Dunya News) – Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has conducted a raid in the area of Bahawalpur district on Monday and arrested three terrorists, reported Dunya News.
Terrorists Javed, Maulvi Asif and Muhammad Tayyab were arrested from Makhdoompur, Uch Sharif, near the area of Bahawalpur, CTD officials stated.
The terrorists belonged to a banned outfit namely Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and had planned to target a shrine in Uch Sharif.
Explosive material and 2 electronic devices were recovered from the terrorists who had been shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
