Summary Speedy dusty winds are likely in South Punjab and Sindh.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Very hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 12 hours.

However, dust-thunderstorm/rain with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Malakand divisions, upper FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

Temperature in Islamabad and Rawalpindi was recorded as 33 °C which is expected to reach 38 °C.

Met department has forecasted rain in twin cities after evening.

Speedy dusty winds are likely in South Punjab and Sindh. However; the weather will remain hot and dry in interior Sindh areas.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad 33 °C, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar 29°C, Quetta and Muzaffarabad 25°C, Gilgit 18°C and Murree 19°C.
