Summary 25 years old Fayyaz's brother said that the accused were forgiven due to Ramazan month.

FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – The deeply saddened relatives of slain tea seller Fayyaz who was allegedly tortured to death by policemen for asking for bill in Faisalabad forgave the security officers, reported on Sunday.

According to details, the bereaved family first staged protest against the officials by blocking the roads but later pardoned the accused.

Sources told that no FIR was lodged for the investigation of the incident while the post mortem of the slain was also not carried out.

On the other hand, 25 years old Fayyaz’s brother said that the accused were forgiven due to Ramazan month.

Police personnel had also declared Fayyaz a robber and said that he entered a house for dacoity where residents brutally beaten him to death.
