Summary Sindh High Court issued orders on June 2 that Ayyan's name be removed from ECL
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Model Ayyan Ali has yet again submitted an application in the Interior Ministry through her lawyer for the omission of her name from the Exit Control List (ECL), reported Dunya News on Tuesday.
It has been stated in the application that Sindh High Court had annulled the notification issued on April 19 regarding the inclusion of Ayan’s name in the ECL. The orders in this regards were issued by the High Court on June 2 but her name has yet not been omitted from the ECL.
It was demanded that the court’s orders be worked upon at the earliest. The contempt of court case in which Ayan has been named shall be heard in the Sindh High Court on June 9.
