ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Monday said that security agencies and nation have altogether tried to combat terrorism.

While addressing the participants of police passing-out parade in Islamabad, Chaudhry Nisar said a historic decline has been observed in terror related incidents.

He said eradication of terrorism will bring progress and prosperity to the region whereas the security officers are also ready to face any challenge.

The passing-out cadets including women corporals gave guard of honor to the chief guest while they also displayed astonishing march.

Interior minister also inspected the whole parade on a jeep.

On the occasion, Chaudhry Nisar handed over the keys of as many as 170 cars imported from China and water cannon brought from America to the law enforcement agencies.

Moreover, the passing-out cadets were also given prizes and shields.
