Summary No step has been taken for the elimination of corruption in the budget, says Siraj.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Jamaat-e-Islami chief Siraj-ul-Haq on Sunday said that Panama leaks has uncovered the faces of corrupt leaders while no step has been taken for the elimination of corruption in the budget.
Addressing a ceremony held by Alkhidmat Foundation in Lahore, Siraj-ul-Haq alleged that government has made food items and other domestic things expensive despite knowing about the arrival of Ramazan month.
He said that the rich is getting richer and the poor is getting poorer in Pakistan due to lack of justice.
He said that Panama leaks has exposed the faces of all the corrupt people living in London and Dubai. He said that the leaders have property abroad while leaving in the country.
Talking about budget, JI chief said that nothing was there for the development of human in the budget whereas not a single step was mentioned regarding elimination of corruption.
