Summary Punjab CM Shehbaz Sharif is the richest of all 4 CMs as he owns assets worth Rs 525.5 million

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) issued the details of the tax returns of the Members of Provincial Assemblies (MPAs) filed in 2015, reported Dunya News on Tuesday.

According to the details, Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif had assets above Rs 525.5 million to his name, followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CM Pervaiz Khattak having assets worth Rs 275.3 million under his name. Balochistan CM Sanaullah Zehri and Sindh CM Syed Qaim Ali Shah owned assets worth Rs 111.5 million and Rs 201.7 million respectively.

Details state that, Shehbaz Sharif owns two plots in London worth Rs 140 million whereas his two wives, Nusrat Shehbaz and Tehmina Durrani, have assets that are worth Rs 277.2 million and Rs 9.17 million to their names respectively.

Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Mahmood-ur-Rasheed owned assets worth Rs 215.5 million whereas Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Monis Elahi held assets priced at Rs 651.5 million. Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah had assets worth Rs 50 million under his name.
