Summary Baloch confessed appointing 7 SHOs before the JIT

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Joint Investigation Tribunal (JIT) probing into the Uzair Baloch case recommended that action be taken against the police officers who had connections with Baloch, reported Dunya News.

Various police officers in different areas of the cities were appointed by the notorious Lyari gang war criminal Baloch through his influence including Station House Officer (SHO) Faisal Colony Babar Hameed along with Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) official Malik Ayub. Furthermore, police officers Imtiaz Niazi, Abid Tanoli and Sanaullah were appointed in Karachi Range. Details are also being collected against Constable Baqir.

Baloch appointed 7 SHOs and 8 police officers between 2010-2012. Police officers Javed Baloch and Chand Khan Niazi have already been arrested in regards to having connections with the gang war. Baloch confessed appointing 7 SHOs before the JIT.
