Summary The case surfaces days after Dunya News reported the 'Solar kids' issue near Quetta
LAYYAH (Dunya News) – 19-year old student by the name of Mohammad Irfan who is a resident of Layyah suffers from a highly peculiar disease which has puzzled the physicians as well. Various pin-shaped thin bars develop in different parts of Irfan’s body including his arms, legs and belly which cause him utmost discomfort and pain, reported Dunya News.
Irfan has underwent numerous surgeries as the size of these ‘pins’ gradually increase and the pain caused as a result becomes unbearable. As of now, 23 of these pins have been removed from Irfan’s body.
As a result of surgery at Fatehpur Hospital, Dr Javed Iqbal successfully removed 2 such pins from Irfan’s arm. The baffled doctors have labeled this case as one of its kind in medical history.
Irfan has appealed higher authorities to facilitate him in regards to his treatment as there still exist numerous such pins in his body.
