FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – Court hands 14 children over to Child Protection Bureau in a child labour case, Dunya News reported Saturday.
The bureau had taken 14 children in custody from Jhang Road and Pensra areas on Friday and presented them before the court.
The court criticised some parents who were present in the courtroom, for not admitting their children in schools.

Child holds on to mother, refuses to leave
The bureau authorities stated in the court that the children were laboring for their households which was against the law. The court entertained bureau’s stance and handed the children over.
The children refused to go with the personnel and bawled in the court premises.
Child Protection Bureau stated that they follow the standard procedure and present children before court within 24 hours.
