ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will hold motor-rally today in the federal capital in connection with its forthcoming foundation day , Dunya News reported Friday.

As part of the ongoing celebratory events, workers will hold car and motorcycle rally which is going to be led by vice-president Shah Mehmood Qureshi, partys Central Secretary Information Naeemul Haq, singer with political inclinations Abrarul Haq, Asad Umer, Fazal Khan and others

Workers and members of PTI are gearing up to celebrate party’s big day with a key gathering in federal capital’s F-9 Park on April 24.

The rally will start from Zero Point in the afternoon and end at F-9 Park, taking different highways.

Party’s leadership has decided to unite the people to demand impartial probe of Panama leaks from the government through the key celebrations on its foundation day.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Imran Khan will address the April 24 rally.

On the other hand, Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved verdict on pleas, filed by two locals, challenging PTI’s rallies in the federal capital.

Earlier this month, the party had announced to rally at D-Chowk but changed the venue after administration denied permission.

Before directing the authorities concerned to help organize PTI’s key rally, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan had announced that there would be no public gathering in the Red Zone in the future.

The statement had come in light of sit-in staged by thousands of supporters of Mumtaz Qadri outside the Parliament House and held the capital under siege for four days.

Qadri was executed for murdering Punjab governor Salman Taseer.
