KARACHI (Dunya News) – Terrorists once targeted innocent police personnel in Karachi after which security forces have decided to intensify the ongoing operation in Karachi, reported Dunya News.
According to security forces’ sources, holed up terrorists in the suburban areas of the city are attacking police and security agencies. Operation will continue until such elements are wiped out from the city. Sources also stated no time frame has been given with respect to duration of the operation.
Karachi operation started by Rangers, CTD, police and other security agencies have arrested and killed dozens of militants, terrorists and anti-peace elements and have brought peace in the city to an extent. The agencies vowed to eradicate terrorism from Karachi. Raids and operations have been conducted which has unveiled different organisations and banned outfits operating in Karachi.
