Summary Railway Minister says he has not seen any politician as bad-mouthed as Imran Khan
MULTAN (Dunya News) – Federal Minsiter of Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique on Friday stated that 5 judges have backed out of the investigation in regards to the Panama Leaks because of the abusive tone used by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, reported Dunya News.
While addressing the media after inaugurating the Multan Express at the railway station, Saad Rafique added that an independent inquiry commission needs to be formed that probes into the Panama Leaks. He said that the consent of all political parties is being sought in this regards, adding that the two sons of the Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif namely Hassan and Hussian Nawaz will record their statements in Pakistan.
He stated that not a single rupee in the companies of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz have been taken from Pakistan. Criticising Imran Khan, Saad Rafique said that he has not seen any politician as bad-mouthed as Khan. He stated that five judges have backed out of being part of the commission to probe into the Panama Leaks because of Khan’s abusive tone.
Saad Rafique said that the new train service from Multan to Lahore has been inaugurated in order to provide transportation facilities to the people of Multan. He added that the notification for the train to remain functional has been issued for 90 days, “however if the feedback from the public is positive, the service will be made permanent”, he said.
