Summary No action has yet been taken by the police against the factory owners.
MULTAN (Dunya News) – Atleast 40 labourers including 30 women in Multan’s biscuit factory lost consciousness as a result of gas leakage on Wednesday.
The incident occurred in the factory located at Vehari Chowk area after which the affected people were shifted to a private hospital among which five are said to be in critical condition.
According to labourers, the gas plant was not shut down even after the leakage was informed to the owner due to which the workers fainted one after the other.
Moreover, despite of numerous people falling unconscious no action has yet been taken by the police against the factory owners.
