Sikh community stages sit-in on Mall Road, traffic disrupted

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Sikh community protested against the nomination of members of Gurdwara Committee on Thursday while the traffic flow was severely disrupted, reported Dunya News.

The Sikh community protested in front of Punjab Assembly, against the nomination of the members of Gurdwara committee. The community stated that they are being subjected to injustice.

Traffic on the surrounding roads including Mall Road, Queens Road and Abbot Road were severely disrupted due to the sit-in.
Sikh community refused to step back, while citizens were stuck in the traffic for hours.
